I buy this often...with that said I try different uses for it. It's always great on fish but this time an Asian stir fry heavy on the veg and fruit.... excellent!

I stick to just one hot sauce and that is Matouk's. I am looking for a sauce that is hot but with little flavor so that the main dish taste is not affected. Also, Carolina Sauce Co has provided Matouk's over the years and gets it to me in great shape and quickly. Good job!
