I buy this often...with that said I try different uses for it. It's always great on fish but this time an Asian stir fry heavy on the veg and fruit.... excellent!

I stick to just one hot sauce and that is Matouk's. I am looking for a sauce that is hot but with little flavor so that the main dish taste is not affected. Also, Carolina Sauce Co has provided Matouk's over the years and gets it to me in great shape and quickly. Good job!

Matouk's Salsa Picante has been my favorite hot sauce for years. It has great flavor and substantial heat, even though it is one of the tamer Matouk's products. But it can be hard to find. I know I can always get it from Carolina Sauce Company. Mine arrived in about 2 days. Great Service!

First bought a bottle of this at Soper's Hole marina on Tortola, BVI several years ago and have been buying it ever since. Hot, but not outrageously so with a wonderful, distinctive flavor. Great on a variety of foods:fish, pork, chicken, eggs, tacos and more. High recommend.
