My favorite Matouk's sauce

Flambeau is my basic "go to" hot sauce because it doesn't alter the spice balance of my dishes. Soca has much more spice influence, with garlic, onion, and mustard more pronounced within the same basic vinegar-y pickled Scotch bonnet base of Matouk's sauces -- and a great pulp-y texture and thickness. It is also lightly sweetened. This is therefor more mild than Flambeau, and more "spiced" than pure, but I love the balance. Matouks is a criminally ignored brand!
