I am partial to the Backdraft Fire Sauce because I know the people who produce it. They produce another Trinidad line of sauces along with their Peruvian sauce. The sauce have a family heritage and backstory that truly starts from their family home in Trinidad. These,are good people and their sauces reflect that. I like to use the "Backdraft" sauce as a condiment on a variety of foods and to give the Sweet baby rays mustard bbq sauce a little extra kick. I used to by this sauce from Publix in Jacksonville Beach (Where the folks that make this sauce live now) but since my move to VA, I have found that Carolina Sauce Co. Is the best source for my favorite sauce.

I love this hot sauce. I first tried it at a restaurant in Traverse City, MI and enjoyed it soy much I had to order some for home. I ordered 4 bottles, and I will be ordering more..great flavor!! good service by your company as well...
